The Coordinator position serves as the liaison between franchisees and Headquarters and is responsible to provide high-level customer service support to franchisees and other Subway field staff. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Place equipment orders for franchisees.
  • Follow up on placed orders to ensure compliance and receipt.
  • Research and resolve franchisee inquiries or problems related to equipment, vendors, debits, credits and transmission of sales.
  • Perform data entry and process incoming/outgoing department mail and maintain files as needed.

Position requirements include; HS diploma or GED, excellent communication skills, ability to tactfully interact with a variety of individuals, very good organizational skills, basic PC knowledge. The ideal candidate must be a team player, pay attention to detail, possess good problem solving skills, and be able to work independently under demanding deadlines. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Reporting to the HR Director International Area & Commercial Operations you will perform the following functions:

Legal and Contractual:- Handle disputes, interfacing with lawyers and legal associations to ensure proper contractual and legal advice for staff.
- Implement head office projects locally in terms of developing and managing human resources (PDP, career map, HR Corporate policies, etc.).- Monitor staff costs in accordance with what is stipulated in the company business plan.- Represent the company in front of the labour authorities.
