Responsibilities:
Reporting to the HR Director International Area & Commercial Operations you will perform the following functions:
- Supervise the organisational structure in line with company needs and the requirements of head office. - Lead all the local recruitment processes in line with local needs and corporate compliance. - Ensure the adequate leadership skills of the management team.- Ensure staff are trained properly, in accordance with the organisation's demands and head office policies.- Ensure the enforcement and implementation of staff development projects and procedures on a local level, in accordance with guidelines from the head office.
